What you can post
Write about your own experience with a product or with us. Please do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory; anything that identifies another person without their permission; anything you do not have the right to share; or anything that is really an advertisement.
Honest reviews
A review must reflect your genuine experience. If you received a product free or at a discount in exchange for writing about it, your review has to say so.
We publish reviews whether they are favourable or not, and we do not edit the substance of what you wrote.
Moderation
We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that breaks these rules or that we cannot connect to a real order. Removing a review never affects your refund, warranty, or any other right.
Reviews are opinions
Reviews are the personal experience of the person who wrote them. They are not professional advice and they are not a claim about what a product will do for anyone else. See our Disclaimer.
The licence you give us
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our shop and its marketing — for example on a product page or a social channel — until you ask us to stop. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.
Taking your content down
Email [email protected] and we will take your review or photo down. Copies may remain in backups for a while before they are overwritten.
