Write about your own experience with a product or with us. Do not submit automated or AI-generated reviews, submit for another person, or post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, off-topic, repetitive, or promotional. Do not include links, contact details, addresses, or anything that identifies another person without their permission. For photos, only share images you own or have permission to use; do not upload faces, order labels, contact details, or other private information without permission. We remove embedded location metadata before storage.

A review must reflect your genuine experience. If you received a product free or at a discount in exchange for writing about it, your review has to say so. Any offer must never depend on a favourable rating or review.

We publish reviews whether they are favourable or not, and we do not edit the substance of what you wrote.

We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that breaks these rules or that we cannot connect to a real order. Removing a review never affects your refund, warranty, or any other right.

Reviews are the personal experience of the person who wrote them. They are not professional advice and they are not a claim about what a product will do for anyone else. See our Disclaimer.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our shop and its marketing — for example on a product page or a social channel — until you ask us to stop. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.

Email support@dogevera.com and we will take your review or photo down. Copies may remain in backups for a while before they are overwritten.
