Who this policy covers
This page explains the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union who buy Dogevera products online. Mandatory law in your country may give you further protection.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parcels, the period starts when the last parcel is received. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to support@dogevera.com before the deadline; the model form below is optional.
After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days. Email us first for the correct return address; do not use the sender address printed on the parcel.
Refunds and return costs after withdrawal
We reimburse payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered (Dogevera currently offers free standard shipping), using the original payment method and without a refund fee. We do so within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
You normally pay the direct cost of returning goods after a change of mind. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exceptions and the 100-day promise
The statutory withdrawal right has limited exceptions, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where that exception applies under law. We do not treat every opened product as automatically excluded. Our separate first-purchase 100-day guarantee accepts opened products without a return when its conditions are met.

Faulty or non-conforming goods
EU consumers also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances and applicable national law, you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. Contact support@dogevera.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Our 100-day commercial contact window does not shorten this legal guarantee.
