Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Automatically collected: device, browser, IP address, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and send transactional messages.
To send marketing emails where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Our legal bases (EU/UK)
If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR requires us to have a legal basis for each use of your information. Ours are:
Performance of a contract — to take your order, process payment, ship it, deal with returns, and answer questions about it.
Consent — for marketing emails and for optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and understand how the shop is used so we can improve it. We weigh these against your rights, and you can object.
Legal obligation — to keep tax, accounting, and consumer-law records for as long as the law requires.
Sharing your information
We share information with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, production and shipping partners, email, and analytics — only as needed to provide our services.
If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interactions such as page views, clicks, taps, and scrolling so we can improve the storefront. Clarity is not loaded until you opt in, and our checkout flow is excluded from this analytics integration.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Visitors in the United States
If you visit from the United States, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel load by default, without a cookie banner, and work as described on this page. Where this page says a tool loads only after you accept, that applies to visitors outside the United States. You can opt out at any time with the Cookie preferences button at the bottom of every page; your choice is saved in this browser and the page reloads to stop the tools. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load Meta Pixel. We decide whether you are in the United States from the country of your internet connection, not from the language or store you choose. Everywhere else, including the EU and the UK, these tools load only after you accept them in the banner.
International data transfers
Because we work with production and fulfillment partners abroad, your order information (such as name and shipping address) may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and China, solely to fulfill your order.
Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where it applies — or another transfer mechanism permitted by law, together with confidentiality and security terms agreed with the recipient.
Your privacy choices
In the EU and the UK you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it (including for direct marketing), to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
In California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
You can opt out of optional advertising measurement through Cookie preferences. We also honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal for Meta Pixel.
To exercise a right, email support@dogevera.com from the address on your order or account, or give us enough detail to find your records. We may ask for information to confirm who you are, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. You may also use an authorised agent.
We reply within one month. If a request is complex, or you have made several, we may take up to two further months and will tell you why within the first month. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
As a guide: order and payment records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires; account details are kept until you close your account; support messages are kept while they remain useful for your case and any follow-up; and marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only the minimum needed to remember not to email you again.

Optional advertising measurement
If you accept optional cookies, Meta Pixel receives page views and commerce events, including product identifiers and, where a purchase event is available, transaction identifier, amount and currency, to measure advertising. Its requests also expose browser and network information to Meta. It is not loaded before consent. Declining through Cookie preferences reloads the page to stop loaded tracking and clears our Meta and Clarity browser identifiers. Global Privacy Control suppresses Meta Pixel even when optional analytics is accepted.
Google Analytics 4
With your optional-cookie consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, navigation and supported shopping events. Its requests include browser and network information. It uses _ga and _ga_* browser identifiers, which can last up to two years. It does not load before consent. We do not send customer names or email addresses in these events. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Declining through Cookie preferences stops tracking and removes our Google Analytics identifiers.
Google Ads purchase measurement
Under the regional choices above, Google Ads measures paid purchases using the order identifier, actual amount and currency, with browser, network and ad-click information. It can use _gcl_* advertising-attribution cookies, generally for up to 90 days. We do not send names, emails, addresses or payment details, and enhanced conversions and advertising personalisation are disabled. Google Ads is not configured and purchase conversions are not sent when optional advertising is declined or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Cookie preferences stops tracking and removes our Google attribution cookies.
AppLovin Ads
Under the regional cookie choices described above, AppLovin receives page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and paid purchases, including product IDs, quantity, currency, item amounts, tax, shipping and order ID. For paid purchases, available email, phone and customer identifiers are hashed in your browser before sending to AppLovin for ad measurement and matching. No names, street addresses or payment-card details are sent by this integration. AppLovin also receives browser/network information and uses first-party identifiers such as _axwrt. Cookie preferences and Global Privacy Control disable this tracking; withdrawal clears our AppLovin cookies and reloads the page.
Optional website performance measurements
If you accept optional analytics, we also measure page loading, interaction response and visual stability on public pages. We store the metric value, public page path without query parameters, country route, broad device category and a random measurement ID. These records do not contain account, cart or order details, IP addresses or referrers. Account and checkout pages are excluded. Your browser sends no further performance measurements after you decline optional analytics through Cookie preferences. Ordinary server access logs are separate from these measurements.
Google Customer Reviews
On Dogevera's paid order-confirmation page, we provide Google Customer Reviews with your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date so Google can offer an optional review survey. If you opt in, Google may email you after the expected delivery date. Our pages may also show Google's store-rating widget, which collects aggregate engagement data.
