Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partners in the United States and China. We ship worldwide unless noted otherwise at checkout.

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after your payment clears.

You'll receive an order confirmation right away, and a separate email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the United States, or 7–20 business days for other destinations, depending on your destination and the carrier.

Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier and customs delays.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the product or shipping price, and are the recipient's responsibility.

We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value, as this is against the law.

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
