Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled by our production and fulfillment partners, primarily in China. We ship worldwide unless noted otherwise at checkout.

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after your payment clears.

Made-to-order, personalized, and handmade items require a production time of at least 5 business days — typically 5–10 business days — before they ship, because each one is made specifically for you. The exact lead time is shown on the product page where it applies.

You'll receive an order confirmation right away, and a separate email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

After dispatch, standard international delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your destination and the carrier.

Your total wait is production time + delivery time. For a custom item, please allow for both. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier and customs delays.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the product or shipping price, and are the recipient's responsibility.

We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value, as this is against the law.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any free-shipping thresholds will be shown before you pay.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
