Custom & made-to-order items
Production of custom or personalized items begins after your order is placed. Because work starts promptly, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short window after ordering — contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Subscriptions (where offered)
If you enroll in a subscription (Subscribe & Save), you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; changes apply to future orders.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
